For the parenteral fill finish process, we are offer process development packages for
- Actual fill volume determination
- Selection of the best filling needle and pump tube diameters
- Pump settings like speed, acceleration, deceleration and back suction
- Filling curve
- Vacuum stoppering parameters
- Filter selection criteria (e.g. Vmax, filter size, throughput and pressure)
- Bubble size assessments for syringes and cartridges (important to avoid issues during cold storage and/or air shipment)
