Mentoring
At times the IPPD offers Mentoring sessions (approx. six session of 1h each over the course of 3-6 months) for the Poster or Presentation Award Winners of conferences like DPhG Jahrestagung, CRS German chapter meeting etc. Such mentoring is intended for PhD students close to the end of their thesis, who are anticipating a career in pharmaceutical industry. The topics will be tailored to the mentee's specific questions and needs.
Workshops
We also offer workshops facilitated together with Galenus Foundation* or in conjunction with the above mentioned venues on one or more scientific, process improvement or soft skill topics; like the 2025 CRS Workshop.
