Troubleshooting training

As mentioned on our troubleshooting as a service page you can't learn troubleshooting just from textbooks.

Troubleshooting combines logical and analytical thinking, physicochemistry, process understanding, bridging between the pharmaceutical and engineering world and making educated decisions; well aware of the high responsibility.

It should also be paired with electrical, electronical and programming skillsets, being able to read and understand technical drawings.

Plus, there's the blood, sweat and tear component, that adds the practical long time experience that train you to sharpen your eye and develop a nose hunting down root causes that others sometimes don't find at all or require much longer to do so. Profit from our decades long experience in troubleshooting of Pharmaceutical Processes.<.

The training course

Based on the above we have developed our training, that best is taught in person (1:1 or very small classes) to build and hone your troubleshooting skills. It comprises theoretical as well as practical training sessions.

Theoretical training

In the theoretical sessions we will cover things like

General aspects

Troubleshooting techniques

What we don't cover regularly

There are other aspects, that we can not cover in the usual training sessions due to time constraints. These are:

However, if you are interested in intensive training on one or the other aspect, feel free to contact us for individual 1:1 classes.

Practical training

Besides showcasing case studies, we also offer practical first hand experience through real situations: On an small scale filler you will be confronted with a series of problems. Here you can apply the knowledge you gained in the theoretical training and try to find the root cause plus lay out and try mitigation options and implement the best one.

Mastering unknown issues yourself is the secret sauce to building your troubleshooting experience. Therefore we will NOT give any more details on the issues here that we have in our repertoire. Sorry and thanks for your understanding.
